Shipping & Delivery – Alvieva Apparel Ltd
1. Shipping Options
We offer two primary shipping methods for all export orders:
Air Cargo (5–10 days delivery)
- Best for small or urgent shipments under 1000 units
- Real-time tracking and fastest delivery option
- Recommended for sample and trial orders
Sea Freight (25–45 days delivery)
- Ideal for bulk orders above 1000 units
- Most economical and environmentally friendly
- Shipped securely in containers from Chittagong Port, Bangladesh
2. Port of Loading
All shipments are exported from Chittagong Port, Bangladesh unless otherwise specified in the Proforma Invoice.
3. Shipping Terms
We work under standard Incoterms including FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDP depending on buyer preference.
All terms and costs are confirmed before production begins.
4. Tracking and Documentation
Every shipment includes full documentation:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading / Air Waybill
- Certificate of Origin
- Other certificates as required by buyer country
Tracking numbers and status updates are provided immediately after dispatch.
5. Customs and Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for customs clearance and import taxes in their respective countries unless otherwise agreed.
Our export team assists with all necessary paperwork for smooth clearance.
6. Delivery Delays
We ensure timely shipping; however, delays caused by customs, port congestion, or unforeseen events are beyond our control. All buyers are notified promptly in such cases.
7. Insurance
Cargo insurance can be arranged upon buyer request at actual cost.
For CFR or CIF shipments, insurance coverage can be added to protect goods during transit.
8. Damaged or Missing Goods
Any claims for damage or shortage must be reported within 7 working days after delivery.
All packages should be inspected before signing delivery receipts.
