Yes, you can request a pre-production sample before we start your print job, fabrics materials development and the final production but you have to pay for sample development and shipping cost. Production will not begin on your order until we receive an approval from you.

It depends on what you are ordering. The typical production time for most custom printed products is 2 weeks. We offer rush service with shipping in as little as two to five days on many items. If you have a specific date to have your garments in hand, please supply your sales representative with that date.

Yes. You will receive an e-mail confirmation if you place your order by e-mail, whatsapp chat, or online order form. Be sure to sign and return that confirmation with the appropriate deposit.

On all orders you will receive an e-mail notification with details of your shipment. We will send you the shipment tracking details with the receipt.

No. Each design is treated (and priced) as a separate order. Each requires separate screens and press set ups.

Yes. We offer youth x-small (2-4) small (6-8), youth medium (10-12), and youth large (14-16). We also stock infant lap shoulder tees.

Yes. We offer up to 6X on some of the garments that we offer. However, Call or e-mail for availability.

Yes. You can mix the sizes any way that you need to complete your order. Keep in mind that the logo or design is made to fit the smallest garment so you may not want to add one size 2-4 when the balance of your order is adult sizes.  You do not have to order in pre-set dozens per size. Order exactly what you need.

Yes, as long as the image will be exactly the same on each shirt and will be printed in the same location on all of the shirts. The price that you would pay for each garment is determined by the total number of shirts in your order.

Printing on light color shirts and dark color shirts generally requires different type inks and screens. Your sales professional will be able to guide you through the process to get you the best looking garments.

Yes. However, each ink color change will incur an ink color change charge.

We keep your artwork on file up to 5 years. We keep screens for a period of two years.     We DO NOT charge for new screens on re-orders within the two year window on single color jobs. On multi color jobs, screens are kept for a period of 6 months.   Screens and art are not sold. The charges are for labor only.

We do many types of printing based on your order so it depends on your choice.

No. The shirts will be made from yarn to fabrics and fabrics to print and then will be sewn with dying, engime wash so there is guarantee for color and shrink.

We offer PMS color matching on many products. The cost varies depending on the product.

We do any size print on any place of the shirt and that's why we are different from all others. There are huge limitations on printing on readymade blanks apparel but as we produce the shirts from yarn to fabrics and fabrics to finishing we have freedom to print any size on any place of the clothes you order for.

Yes. The minimum quantity per style/size is one hundred - the quantity per order will vary per style or size.

However, the order of more than 1000 units is considered fresh order and would like to go for the production from yarn making to knitting dying and then finishing final products for you but for lower quantities such as 100-300 units we will make the shirts from the ready fabrics.

Well. We need certain personal information. And solely for the purpose of completing the order. You will have to share your name, name of your organization, email address, phone number, among others, when you place a t-shirt design order. Please be assured, none of your information will be leaked or used other than the order completion.

Well. The t-shirt design costs at least $20. This is the minimum price. The price may get a hike based on different issues. If the designs are complicated or special, or the client wants customizations, the price goes up.

Actually, you cannot put your design on a t-shirt. Instead, you need to hire a t-shirt design service provider like us. We will make the design, certainly with your consultation. Next, we will deliver the design, and then you can use it.

Yes, we can print and ship the t-shirts to our clients. However, the entire process is pretty complex, require much time. Also, our clients need to bear the printing and shipping charges. If they can comply with the facts, we can smoothly offer this service.

The t-shirt design copyright of the design solely belongs to our client. We never claim copyright of the design. Moreover, we send the t-shirt design source file to our clients. The source file helps our client to make any further changes if necessary.

We do not have any problem in signing non-disclosure agreements (NDA) with our clients regarding receiving t-shirt design orders. Always we value the privacy of our clients. So, signing the NDA is often convenient for them. From our end, we do not have any issues, at all.
