1. Return & Replacement Window
You may request a return or replacement within 7-10 days from the delivery date.
If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition received.
- Must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Do not send the product back to the manufacturer.
All returns must be processed through Alvieva.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain product categories cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers)
- Newspapers, magazines, printed media
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases
- Digital/downloadable items
- Gift cards
- Certain health & personal care products
4. Partial Refund Situations
Only partial refunds may be granted if:
- The item shows clear signs of use
- Opened media (CD, DVD, software, games, vinyl)
- Item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts
- Requests made after 30 days of delivery
5. Refund Process (7–10 Working Days)

Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email confirming the status
- If approved, your refund will be processed
- Refund will be sent to your original method of payment

6. Missing or Delayed Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank — processing time varies

7. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
Sale, promotion, or clearance items cannot be refunded.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if defective or damaged.
To exchange:

9. Gifts
- If purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you:
You’ll receive store credit equal to the return value. - If sent to the gift giver:
A refund will be issued to the gift giver.
10. Shipping for Returns
To return your product, send it to:
