This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work on Alvieva.com.


1. Return & Replacement Window

You may request a return or replacement within 7-10 days from the delivery date.
If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition received.
  • Must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Do not send the product back to the manufacturer.
All returns must be processed through Alvieva.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain product categories cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers)
  • Newspapers, magazines, printed media
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases
  • Digital/downloadable items
  • Gift cards
  • Certain health & personal care products

4. Partial Refund Situations

Only partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item shows clear signs of use
  • Opened media (CD, DVD, software, games, vinyl)
  • Item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts
  • Requests made after 30 days of delivery

5. Refund Process (7–10 Working Days)

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  1. You will receive an email confirming the status
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed
  3. Refund will be sent to your original method of payment

6. Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank — processing time varies
  4. If still unresolved, email us at support@alvieva.com

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
Sale, promotion, or clearance items cannot be refunded.


8. Exchanges

We only replace items if defective or damaged.

To exchange:

and send the product to our return address.


9. Gifts

  • If purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you:
    You’ll receive store credit equal to the return value.
  • If sent to the gift giver:
    A refund will be issued to the gift giver.

10. Shipping for Returns

To return your product, send it to:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted.

For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service.
