Welcome to Alvieva™, a global B2B sourcing ecosystem connecting verified manufacturers, producers, and buyers worldwide. By accessing or using Alvieva’s website, services, or features, you (“User,” “Buyer,” “Factory,” “Producer,” “Supplier”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. DEFINITIONS

“Alvieva” refers to our platform, brand, website, ecosystem, and any associated services.
“User” means any visitor, buyer, manufacturer, producer, or entity using the platform.
“Factory” / “Supplier” means manufacturers or producers registered on Alvieva.
“Buyer” means companies or individuals sourcing products or production services.
“Order” means a confirmed purchase request placed through Alvieva.
“Services” includes sourcing, inspections, quality control, payments, logistics coordination, order management, design services, communication tools, and all features provided by Alvieva.

2. ABOUT ALVIEVA

Alvieva is a B2B manufacturing and sourcing platform enabling buyers to connect with fully verified factories and producers. We provide:

  • Factory verification
  • Product development follow-up
  • Quality inspections
  • Production monitoring
  • Shipment supervision
  • Secure payment handling
  • Production loans to verified factories
  • After-sales support

These services are automatically included when a buyer places an order through the platform.

3. GENERAL USE OF PLATFORM

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Use the platform legally
  • Not engage in fraud, misuse, or unethical activities
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Not bypass Alvieva to avoid fees

Alvieva reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these terms.

4. BUYER TERMS

4.1 Order Placement

All orders must be placed through Alvieva, not directly with factories.
Alvieva manages payments, production tracking, inspections, and shipment clearance.

4.2 Payment

Accepted methods include:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Bank Transfer (TT)
  • LC (Letter of Credit)
  • PayPal (Where applicable)
  • Other international trade payment options

Payments are held securely by Alvieva until:

  • Production is completed
  • Quality inspection is passed
  • Shipment is confirmed

4.3 Mandatory Inspections

Every order includes:

  • Factory audit
  • Pre-production check
  • During-production QC
  • Final inspection
  • Shipment inspection

Buyers do NOT pay extra for these services.

4.4 Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production starts.
Once production begins, cancellation may incur charges.

5. FACTORY / SUPPLIER TERMS

5.1 Membership

Factory registration is free, but only verified factories can receive orders.

5.2 Commission

Factories pay a commission of 8–10% on the final order amount, deducted when receiving payment.

5.3 Production Loan

Alvieva may provide short-term production financing.
Loan amounts are deducted automatically upon order payment release.

5.4 Compliance

Factories must:

  • Maintain quality standards
  • Follow ethical manufacturing practices
  • Communicate clearly
  • Deliver on committed timelines
  • Allow inspections on-site

Non-compliance may result in account removal.

6. FEES & CHARGES

  • Free membership for both buyers & factories
  • No listing fees
  • No subscription fees
  • Factory commission: 8–10%
  • Design services: Extra charge (optional)

Additional service fees, if applicable, will be shown transparently during use.

7. PAYMENT SECURITY

Alvieva uses secure global payment processing.
Fraud detection, escrow holding, and transaction monitoring are in place.
Funds are only released after successful inspection and shipment verification.

8. SHIPPING & LOGISTICS

Shipping is handled by reliable logistics partners.
Delivery times vary depending on:

  • Factory location
  • Production timeline
  • Freight option (air/sea/express)
  • Customs clearance

Alvieva is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

9. REFUNDS & DISPUTES

Refunds may be issued if:

  • Products fail inspection
  • Factory fails to deliver
  • Major non-compliance occurs
  • Buyer is protected under Alvieva Protection Guarantee

Disputes must be reported within 7 days of receiving goods.

Alvieva will mediate and provide a resolution.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Users must not upload or use materials that infringe copyrights or trademarks.
Factories must respect buyers’ brand, design, or product IP.

11. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

  • Bypassing Alvieva to avoid fees
  • Fake documents or identities
  • Misleading product information
  • Harmful or unethical content
  • Illegal products
  • Directly asking buyers or factories to transact outside Alvieva

Violations can result in account suspension.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Alvieva is not responsible for:

  • External logistics delays
  • Customs issues
  • Force majeure events
  • Third-party system failures

Alvieva’s maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

Alvieva may update these Terms anytime.
Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated terms.
