Buyers shortlist a factory, chat directly, finalize requirements, and place the order with Alvieva. Once confirmed, our team begins full production follow-up, QC, inspection, and shipment handling automatically.
Are the Factories Verified?
Yes. Every factory on Alvieva is pre-inspected, verified, capability-checked, and continuously monitored during production. No buyer needs to arrange third-party inspections.
Can I Request Samples?
Yes. Buyers can request samples directly from the factory. Once approved, production begins under Alvieva supervision.
How Long Does Production Take?
Timeline depends on category, order size, and materials. Factories provide an estimated lead time, and Alvieva monitors progress every day to keep production on schedule.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We support major B2B payment methods:
• Bank Transfer (TT)
• Letter of Credit (LC)
• Credit & Debit Cards
• International Gateways
• PayPal (where supported)
All payments are made to Alvieva, never directly to factories.
Is My Payment Safe?
Yes. Alvieva holds the buyer’s payment securely until the goods pass QC, inspection, and shipment clearance. Only then is the factory paid. This protects both buyers and suppliers.
Do I Pay Any Extra Fees?
No extra platform charges. Alvieva earns a small commission from the final order total, which covers inspections, QC teams, support, and production monitoring.
ORDERS & PRODUCTION
How do I place an Order?
Select a factory → chat → finalize details → place order → complete payment to Alvieva → production begins with full A-to-Z management.
Can I Change or Modify My Order?
Changes may be possible before production starts. Once materials are purchased or production has begun, modifications depend on factory approval.
Do I Need an Account to Start Sourcing?
Browsing is open, but chatting with factories, posting RFQs, and placing orders require a free Alvieva account.
How Do I Track Production?
Each order comes with a real-time production dashboard:
• Daily updates
• QC reports
• Inspection reports
• Shipment status
• Material updates
• Completion timeline
What If Quality Issues Are Found?
QC failures trigger immediate correction. Factories must fix any problems before shipment. Payment is not released until Alvieva confirms the fix.
Can I Return a Product?
For custom manufacturing, returns are typically not applicable. However, buyers are fully protected before shipment through inspections and QC.
What If There Is a Problem After Shipment?
Our after-sales team supports buyers with documentation, dispute assistance, and any production-related concerns.
